THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.10676 of 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by petitioners/Accused Nos.4, 7 and 8 seeking anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with F.I.R No.549 of 2023 dated 29.09.2023 on the file of the Mancherial Town Police Station, Ramagundam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 145, and 307 r/w 149 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'). 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court had granted relief of anticipatory bail to accused No.14 vide order dated 10.10.2023 in Crl.P.No.9809 of 2023 and these petitioners stand on the same footing.

4.

As seen from the record, there was a quarrel in between two groups. The de facto complainant and nine others were implicated in Crime No.550 of 2023 registered on the complaint by these petitioners and others. The case and counter case were filed by both the parties. The names of these petitioners are mentioned in the complaint. However, no specific overt acts are attributed to these petitioners, for which reasons, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, subject to the following conditions:

1) The petitioners/Accused Nos.4, 7 and 8 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, PS, Mancherial Town, Ramagundam District on or before 08.11.2023. Upon such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/Accused Nos.4, 7 and 8 on bail, on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction.

2) On such release, the petitioners/Accused Nos.4, 7 and 8 shall appear before the concerned police on every Monday at 10am for a period of eight (08)

weeks and thereafter, as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

3) The petitioners/Accused Nos.4, 7 and 8 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case. 6.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
