CVNR, J WP 6510/2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings in CR No.E1/21/2013-1, dt.16.2.2013, issued by respondent No.1 suspending the TFT licence of the petitioner in respect of counter No.2 of Mudakpally Village, Nizamabad Mandal and District. Considering the fact that the impugned order of suspension was passed pending enquiry as far back as 16.2.2013 and no interim order has been granted in the writ petition, I do not find it appropriate to interfere with the impugned order at this point of time. However, respondent No.1 is directed to complete the enquiry and pass a final order in accordance with law, if not already done, within two months from the date of receipt of this order.

Subject to the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.8148 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
