HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition Nos.7834 and 7849 of 2018 COMMON ORDER :

The self-same petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 of two crimes of Cr.No.77 of 2017, dt.14.04.2017 registered from the report of the defactocomplainant P.Nadamuni for the offences punishable under Sections 323,506 and 509 read with 34 IPC and the other crime of Cr.No.59 of 2018 on the report of wife of P.Nadamuni by name P.Jayalakshmi, for the offence under Section 427 read with 34 IPC of self-same III Town Police Station, Anantapur, are seeking anticipatory bail. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Addl.Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State opposing the bail application and perused the First Information Report and bail application averments.

All the offences referred supra are bailable offences thereby from the anticipatory bail application is not maintained, the Criminal Petitions are closed to surrender by filing application u/ sec.436 r/ w 44 CrPC before the learned Magistrate to grant bail with necessary conditions.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Criminal Petitions, shall stand closed.
