O R D E R

Apprehending that the 4th respondent - Tahsildar may entertain the application filed by the 5th respondent for mutation of her name in the review and change the revenue entries without issuing any notice, the present writ petition is filed.

As the writ petition is filed on mere apprehension, this court is not inclined to entertain the same.

However, it is needless to observe that if the petitioners' names are found in the revenue records, before entertaining the application of the 5th respondent for change of her name in the revenue records, it is obligatory on the part of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar to issue notice to the petitioners and after affording opportunity of hearing to both the petitioners as well as 5th respondent, shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
