I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition of the order dated 22.09.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.11859 of 2025 which reads as under:

" The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Wednesday between 09:00 a.m., and 05:00 p.m., and thereafter, as and when required or till filing of the charge sheet."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner are appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court. He further submitted that till now no charge sheet is filed. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.P.No.11859 of 2025, dated 22.09.2025, is hereby relaxed, and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer once in every fifteen (15) days. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
