THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.6242 of 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed assailing the judgment dated 05.11.2012 of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Kakinada, passed in CMA.no.34 of 2011 whereby the learned Additional District Judge while dismissing the said appeal had confirmed the order dated 30.9.2011 of the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada, passed in IA.no.240 of 2011 in OS.no.196 of 2011. 2.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer cause list, the afore-said Suit itself was disposed of on 12.11.2015. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
