Mr. V.V. Prabhakar Rao, counsel for petitioners, on instructions, submits that due to subsequent development in issuance of Government Orders, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. The submission is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners against the said government orders. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
