There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer of the writ petition is as under:

" For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the second respondent in threatening with dire consequences and sending police constables to the petitioner's house and interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and 3rd respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and pass such other order or orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent-police is threatening with dire consequences and sending police constables to the petitioner's house and interfering with the civil disputes between him and 3rd respondent. Basing on the written instructions received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Anandapuram Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that a case in Crime No. 17 of 2014 has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offences under Sections 420, 468, r/ w 34 IPC on the file of the Police Station, Anandapuram, Visakhapatnam City. It is specifically stated that the respondent-police never interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and they did not threaten the petitioner with dire consequences.

In the light of the said written instructions dated 30.06.2014 received from the 2nd respondent-police, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
