Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Sivaraju Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents state that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dt.02-11-2016 in W.P.No.359123 of 2015 as well as order dt.27-07-2010 in W.A.No.230 of 2003 and batch. 2.

Therefore for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and it is declared that the petitioner is entitled to all service benefits till she attained the age of 60 years, and that her pension should be fixed by giving increments, if any, till the said period. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
