THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1492 of 2015 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following is order is passed.

Having regard to the submission of learned Public Prosecutor that investigation is in progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, the investigation shall continue. However, the police of Parvathipuram Town PS, Vizianagaram District are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41A Cr.P.C during the course of investigation.

The petitioner/accused shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
