This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the orders dated 13.03.2012 in I.A.No.782 of 2011 in O.S.No.337 of 2011 on the file of the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Eluru.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

As per the office note, O.S.No.337 of 2011 itself was disposed of on 21.04.2014.
