HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5910 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner - plaintiff challenging the order, dated 03.08.2015, passed by the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, in I.A. No.16 of 2015 in O.S. No.171 of 2007, whereby the petition filed under Order VI, Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, O.S. No.171 of 2007 itself was decreed without costs uncontested. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
