It is stated by the learned counsel on both sides that the order dt.16-11-2016 in W.P.No.37601 of 2014 whose violation is alleged in the Contempt Case has since been complied with. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
