Heard Sri T.V.V.K.Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing for the respondents 1 and 4, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction on the part of the official respondents on the representations dated 12-52014 and 18-8-2014 of the petitioners, and allowing the unofficial respondent to dig the fertile agriculture lands into fish tank to an extent of Ac.6-301⁄2 cents in R.S.Nos.285, 286, 300 and 301 in Rachapatnam village, Kaikaluru Mandal, Krishna district as illegal and arbitrary and contrary to G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16-3-2013 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 not to grant any permission to the lands of the 5th respondent for conversion as fish tank and not to allow him to carry any mining activities in the above lands as contrary to law.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 4 to look into the representations dated 12-5-2014 and 18-8-2014 submitted by the petitioners and take appropriate action in terms of G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16-3-2013. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
