Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that on completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Suryapet, and cognizance being taken vide Calendar Case No.73 of 2016 and the matter has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the cause in this criminal petition does not survive for further adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
