HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.800 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner claims that his date of birth was wrongly recorded and that he is entitled to continue in service up to 30th June, 2019. 2.

When the matter is called, learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents represent that the issue agitated in the writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No.33343 of 2012 and batch, dated 31.03.2015 and request for disposal of the writ petition in terms thereof. 3.

In view of the said statement, writ petition is disposed of and for the reasons alike in the said judgment, petitioner shall be subjected to medical examination.
