Petitioner seeks employment in the service of Government of Andhra Pradesh. As the issue concerns seeking employment in Government service in State of Andhra Pradesh, remedy is available to the petitioners before Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal constituted under Administrative Tribunals Act, as held by the Supreme Court in L CHANDRAKUMAR Vs UNION OF INDIA1.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the appropriate remedy. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
