This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners/A.4, A.5, A.7 and A.8 seeking grant of bail in crime No.234 of 2015 on the file of the Tada Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 363, 395, 498 and 201 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The earlier bail application filed by the petitioners was dismissed by this Court. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners herein. The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed.
