Sri K.Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition since the petitioner retired from service and he has also received all the terminal benefits.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall also stand closed.
