HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.642 of 2011 ORDER ::

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue an order, one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Roc.No.8577/10-G1, dated 09-11-2010 as being illegal and contrary to law and consequently set aside the same by directing the respondents 1 to 3 to restrain the 4th respondent from erecting cell tower in Rustumbada, 26th Ward, Narsapur, West Godavari District.

2. This Court by order dated 21-01-2011, while issuing Rule nisi, granted interim direction to maintain status-quo obtaining as on that day. No vacate petition is filed to vacate the said order. Inasmuch as the relief sought for by the petitioners is granted by way of interim order, writ petition is disposed of making the interim order dated 2110-2011 as final order and the writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof. However, if the petitioners, violate any of the rules governing the field, it is open for the respondent-officials to take action, by following due process of law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
