Sri K.Raja Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the cause in the Civil Revision Petitions does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court and that the Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous.

Both the Civil Revision Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
