This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioner/accused to release the Auto bearing Registration No.AP 36 TA 0967( Model-2011) Worth Rs.70,000/- seized in C.O.R.No.846 of 2013-2014. Heard Sri Ramidi Satyanarayana, learned counsel for petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that during pendency of the petition, the Auto was released on 31.05.2014 and therefore, no order need be passed in this regard and hence, the petition has became infructuous and it is liable to be dismissed. It is seen that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted.

In view of submission of the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
