HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26059 of 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not issuing the Pattadar Pass Books and title deeds to the petitioners, this Writ Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP No.18517 of 2018 on 28.08.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has not disputed by the same but however, submits that petitioner can make representation in respect of his grievance before the 3rd respondent for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds and the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the same in accordance with law.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue as well as learned counsel for the petitioners, for the reasons alike in the order dated 28.08.2018, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make application for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds before the 3rd respondent and on such application, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing the petitioners.

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
