THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.5612 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging order in I.A.No.647 of 2012 in O.S.No.2681 of 2011 dated 25.09.2012 passed by the III Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, wherein the petitioner filed a petition for recovery of certain sum of money, which was dismissed by the Trial Court.

Aggrieved by the very same order dated 25.09.2012, the present civil revision petition is filed on various grounds. Now, it is informed by the III Junior Civil Judge, Hyderabad, that O.S.No. 2681 of 2011 was disposed of on 08.02.2013. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous.

In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
