At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to challenge the list, which was prepared for allotment of house sites.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to challenge the list, which was prepared for allotment of house sites.
