THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26209 of 2018 ORDER:

Both Sri K.Sudershan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation, would agree that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is covered by an Order of this Court in W.P.No.8697 of 2013, dated 22.03.2013.

This Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of, and in accordance with, the Order passed in W.P.No.8697 of 2013, dated 22.03.2013, and the respondents are directed to receive and consider the petitioner's application for grant of building construction permission without insisting upon him to produce a 'No Objection Certificate' from the revenue department. It is made clear that the petitioner shall comply with all other requirements prescribed in law. Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 22.03.2013, in W.P.No.8697 of 2013 to this order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
