Heard the learned counsel for petitioners-A19 & A25. 2.

The condition No.1, imposed in order in Crl.M.P.No.128 of 2017 in Crime No.62 of 2013 dated 06.02.2017 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Guntur in respect of the execution of bail bonds for Rs.5,00,000/- with two sureties each for like sum, is hereby modified to the extent as under:

"The petitioners/A19 and A25 and their sureties shall execute fresh bail bonds for the amount directed earlier while granting bail in Crl.M.P.No.1247/2016, dt.

15.6.2016, i.e., Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties each for like sum. On such execution of bail bonds the petitioners/A19 and A25 are entitled for release on bail in respect of the present case."
