This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent on the complaint dated 07-07-2018 made by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and found the same to be civil in nature. That the petitioner was issued notice on 31-07-2018 and the same was received by him.

In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
