THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.12665 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to direct the Hon'ble Family Court, Kurnool to dispose the Crl.M.P.No.101 of 2015 in F.C.M.C. No.17 of 2015 expeditiously. Heard and perused the material available on record. The learned counsel for the petitioner-wife submits that the petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.No.101 of 2015 in F.C. M.C. No.17 of 2015 for interim maintenance, in which the respondent-husband has also filed counter as long back as November, 2015, still the learned Family Judge is not disposing of the Crl.M.P., thereby the petitioner-wife is put to severe hardship and inconvenience, since she has no means to sustain herself. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Family Judge concerned to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.101 of 2015 in F.C. M.C.No.17 of 2015 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
