THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10235 OF 2016 ORDER:

Petitioners' grievance is that though their names have been incorporated in Form I-B record, no pattadar passbooks and title deeds have been issued to them by the respondents.

2) Government Pleader for Revenue states that the petitioners should apply in Form VI(A) prescribed in A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 3rd respondent and then the 3rd respondent will consider the same in accordance with law.

3) Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make an application to the 3rd respondent for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed and enclose copy of Form I-B record and any other material on which they seek to rely; and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass orders thereon within four weeks of submission of such application by the petitioners and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

4) No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
