THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION Nos.26047, 26074, 26105 & 26141 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-GVMC.

When these matters are taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, yesterday, i.e. on 25.07.2018, petitioners, in all these cases, submitted explanations in response to the impugned notices, dated 16.07.2018, and the same will be considered and appropriate further action will be taken as per law. Recording the above submission, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, directing the respondent-GVMC to consider the explanations, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and take further action, strictly in accordance with law. Till final orders are passed, no coercive action, pursuant to the impugned notices, shall be taken. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in these Writ Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
