Sri A.Ravi Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the revision. Learned counsel for the respondent brought to my notice about citing several judgments before the trial court and several extraneous matters, but they are not required to be examined when the revision petitioner wanted to withdraw the revision.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
