THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1292 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.32 of 2015 on the file of Narsingi Police Station, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed final report in the said case stating that there is lack of evidence and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
