Smt. J.Sumathi, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that she has instructions to withdraw the writ petition to avail alternative remedies available under law and, therefore, seeks permission for the same. She also seeks for return of original impugned order filed in the material papers.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take the original impugned order filed in the material papers, enabling to avail the alternative remedy.
