THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13082 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.252 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhadrachalam.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of the discharge petition, if charges are already not framed. Permission is granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the presence of the petitioner may be dispensed with before the trial Court. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. If the petitioner files a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C., the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
