ORDER;- This is a petition filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C., seeking transfer of C.C.No.24 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kavali, to the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chittoor.

The petitioner is the accused. The case of the complainant is that the petitioner/accused to discharge her liability gave a cheque drawn on State Bank of Hyderabad, Chittoor, and when it presented at Kavali, the same was dishonoured and hence the complaint was filed. It is contended by the petitioner/accused that she being a lady, she is not in a position to travel all way to Kavali to attend the Court and hence the case may be transferred to the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chittoor.

When the matter came up for hearing, it is represented that the parties appeared to have compromised the matter and hence, the petition be dismissed.
