O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking change of local cadre from Nizamabad to Bhadradri, Kothagudem District on health grounds. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-II.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation on 16.08.2022 to the respondent No.3 for change of local cadre from Nizamabad to Bhadradri, Kothagudem District. However, no orders have been passed on them thereon. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the authorities. 5.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed a representation dt.16.08.2022 as is evident from the material papers field before this Court, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representation dt.16.08.2022 of the

W.P.No.37516 of 2022 petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
