ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.Sai Sharath, learned counsel representing Mr.M.Naga Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, sole petitioner died and his legal heirs are not coming forward to prosecute the matter and expressed his inability.

Smt.T.Vidya Rani, learned counsel for the respondent submits that petitioner,s loan was already closed on 18.10.2023 and the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
