HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 513 of 2006 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 17.2.2006 passed by the District Judge, Ongole, in I.A.No. 338 of 2005 in O.S.No. 9 of 2005.

As seen from the record, the Principal District Judge, Ongole, vide his letter dated 4.6.2016 informed that O.S.No. 9 of 2005 was disposed of on 14.10.2008.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
