This appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule 1(r) read with Section 151 CPC assailing the orders dated 05.07.2006 in I.A.No.1426 of 2005 in O.S.No.2293 of 2005 on the file of the Court of IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the purpose of filing the appeal has become infructuous.
