WRIT PETITION No.18383 of 2012 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to give weightage marks to a maximum of 45 as is being given to the Contract workers and as structured in condition No.III(vi) of the 1st respondent Company's notification for recruitment to the post of L.D.C., issued by the 2nd respondent by declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 & 7 in not giving same weightage marks to the petitioners as irrational, unreasonable, illegal and violation of Articles 14 & 16 of Constitution of India or alternatively direct the respondents 1 to 3 & 7 to pay the skilled wages to the petitioners as recommended by Additional Labour Commissioner of A.P.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners represents that the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
