This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw HMOP No.52 of 2014 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Markapur, Prakasam District to the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Transfer CMP. Permission is granted.
