I.A.No.2 of 2023 This application is filed for dispensing with the requirement of filing certified copy of the order dated 21.02.2022 passed by a learned Single Judge in W.P.No.8481 of 2022.

For the reasons assigned in the application duly supported by an affidavit, the requirement of filing a certified copy of the aforesaid order is dispensed with. In the result, I.A.No.2 of 2023 is allowed.
