It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 22‐06‐2016 passed in WP Nos.38451 of 2015 & batch by this Court and the same is not disputed by Sri J. Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents‐Singareni Collieries.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the common order dated 22‐06‐2016 passed in WP Nos.38451 of 2015 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand closed.
