This is an application seeking transfer of D.V.C.No.12 of 2015 on the file of XIX Metropolitan Magistrate at Miyapur, Cyberabad, to any Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate at Visakhapatnam. 2.

Heard.

The alleged commissions were within the jurisdiction of the Hyderabad Court. The case was taken up by that Court. Though this transfer application is pending here from October, 2015, there is no interlocutory order issued suspending the proceedings of the Court below. The application for transfer is made by those persons, who are arrayed as the respondents in the Domestic Violence Case. The nature of the pleadings of the parties before the Court below as well as the pleadings in the application for transfer do not generate any sustainable ground for transfer of the Domestic Violence Case at the instance of the respondents in those proceedings as against the person, who has initiated the Domestic Violence Case. Under such circumstances, ends of justice do not require this application to be allowed.

In the result, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
