HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4901 of 2014 ORDER :

When the matter came up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the investigating agency already filed referred report stating that the allegations made in the F.I.R are false and the present proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

2) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
