This contempt case is filed alleging willful violation of the order passed in WPMP No. 18181 of 2010 in WP No. 14457 of 2010 dated 23.6.2010.

Writ petitions in W.P No. 14457 of 2010 and batch are disposed of on 27.4.2017. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, no orders are required to be passed in the contempt case and accordingly the same is closed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
