The petitioner complains that respondents 2 and 3 are not acting on the complaint dated 19-07-2018 made by him. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and the same is found to be civil in nature and it was closed on 26-07-2018. It is also stated that a case in Cr.No.116 of 2018 was registered against the petitioner on the complaint made by one Birudha Veera Venkata Satyanarayana.

In view of the same, the Station House Officer concerned is directed to communicate a copy of the endorsement about closure of complaint to the petitioner to enable him to avail alternative remedies available to him under law. However, it goes without saying that respondent-police shall not interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
