Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

The condition, imposed in order in Crl.M.P.No.127 of 2018 in Crime No.80 of 2018 dated 15.03.2018 passed by the learned Special Sessions Judge for trial of cases under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015cum-VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District at L.B.Nagar, in respect of the presence before the Station House Officer, Keesara Police Station, is hereby modified to the extent as under:

"The petitioner/accused shall attend before the Station House Officer, Keesara Police Station, once on first Sunday of every month between 8.00 A.M. and 2.00 P.M. till end of trial including for assurance of availability."
