THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26075 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Food & Agriculture and Smt.M.Bhagyasri, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that the second respondent-Khammam Municipal Corporation granted provisional licence, as long back as on 09.09.2017, but permanent trade licence has not been granted so far. Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, despite approaching the second respondent authorities, a number of times, the authorities are not considering the case of the petitioner, for grant of permanent trade licence.
Having heard the learned counsel on either side, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, keeping it open for the petitioner to make a representation before the second respondent, for redressal of its grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and with a further direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
